About Me

I am a hard working, adventurous and helpful individual (if I must say so myself). I love to travel, cook and try extreme sports (what I think is extreme..lol). Through work and pleasure I have explored over 10 countries and I have volunteered in different capacities since the age of 13; however, this opportunity/this journey, volunteering in international development, has been a long-time dream that is becoming my reality.

Question: when you see the word “volunteer” above what comes to mind? Noun: a person who performs voluntary work with little or no pay or Verb: to enter into, or offer any service of one’s own free will, without solicitation or compulsion; as to volunteer one’s services. Both are correct. I understand that volunteering is a choice but I ask you to help me provide future volunteers the opportunity to make an impact on developing communities. It takes $2500 to send a volunteer overseas, please help me reach my goal and donate now.
